Juha Tiihonen is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Physics at the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Tampere University. He holds a Master of Science (Technology) in Science and Engineering from Tampere University of Technology (2014) and a Doctoral thesis in Thermal Effects in Atomic and Molecular Polarizabilities with Path Integral Monte Carlo (2019). His research focuses on quantum Monte Carlo methods, path integral simulations, and computational studies of material properties, including electronic structure theories, nanocluster optimization, and thermal effects in quantum systems.
