Dr. Tao Pang is a full-time Professor of Physics at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His research focuses on theoretical and computational methods to study novel materials and structures, including cold atoms, supersolids, and highly correlated quantum systems.

Research Interests: Dr. Pang's group develops and applies path-integral and diffusion quantum Monte Carlo methods to investigate quantum many-body effects in cold atoms/molecules, supersolidity, and correlated systems. Their work includes studying Bose-Einstein condensation, quantum fluctuations in solid helium, and structural properties of clusters.
