Juha Kinnunen

Juha Kinnunen is a Project Manager and Doctoral Researcher at the University of Eastern Finland's Faculty of Social Sciences and Business Studies, Department of Business. He serves as a part-time hourly teacher in work and organizational psychology while finalizing his doctoral dissertation on self-management and resilience in organizational contexts. Kinnunen holds memberships in the Center for Sustainable Circular Economy (CECE), Sustainable Innovation Research Team (SUN LAB), and Research Group on Intellectual Capital Management.

His research explores sustainability transitions, organizational resilience, leadership psychology, and circular economy dynamics. Primary focus areas include:
