Judy Munday

Judy Munday is Associate Professor in Nursing at the University of the Sunshine Coast's School of Health, specializing in perioperative patient safety. With over two decades of surgical care experience across Australia and the UK, her research focuses on preventing inadvertent perioperative hypothermia.

She leads the NHMRC-funded GLOW trial ($1.145M), implementing hypothermia prevention guidelines through multidisciplinary collaboration. Research areas include temperature management strategies, evidence-based practice implementation, and clinical outcomes measurement.
