Judith Siepmann is a Researcher at the Dubnow Institute specializing in German-Jewish cultural history, Holocaust studies, and archival reconstruction. Since 2018, she has worked on the BKM-funded project 'Material Traces of Jewish German Lifeworlds in Eastern Europe' focusing on post-WWII book collections and libraries.

- MA in Theatre Studies, Modern German Literature, and History from LMU Munich (2012)
- Collaborated on preservation projects across Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Germany
Her research explores material culture, memory practices, and Jewish emigration through case studies like Max Pinkus' library and Heinrich Loewe's archival work. Recent publications examine cultural restitution, bibliographic dispersal, and urban memory practices.
She has contributed to the Dubnow Institute Yearbook and Naharaim journal, with a focus on German-Jewish intellectual migration and library preservation post-1939.
