Judith Pannill Raiford is Associate Professor of Music in Voice and Director of the School of Music at The University of Tulsa, within the Kendall College of Arts & Sciences. She is a distinguished performer and pedagogue with an extensive career in vocal music.

Her research and expertise focus on vocal pedagogy, vocal technique, operatic repertoire, and Baroque and classical ornamentation. She is dedicated to training the next generation of vocalists, emphasizing both technical mastery and expressive depth.
Her students have achieved significant recognition, gaining admission to elite graduate programs and winning or placing in major vocal competitions such as those organized by the National Association of Teachers of Singing, the Hyechka Music Club of Tulsa, and the International Crescendo Music Awards.

She has recorded for the Arabesque and Albany labels and produced a solo album, Love on my Heart, featuring contemporary American art song.
She leads the School of Music at TU and mentors emerging artists, contributing significantly to music education and performance at the university level.
