Professor Judit Kormos is a faculty member at Lancaster University's Department of Linguistics and English Language. Her research focuses on psychological aspects of second language learning, particularly speech production and cognitive variables like working memory, and language learners with special educational needs, especially dyslexic students. She has led projects such as the EnGaGe and Comics for Inclusive Language Learning initiatives, recognized with the British Council's ELTon award. She supervises PhD students on topics including L2 speech production, cognitive processes, and inclusive language teaching.
