Juan Zhong is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Springfield College, located in the Department of Psychology within the School of Arts and Sciences. Their research focuses on how individuals experience adulthood across cultural contexts, particularly examining migrant experiences of young Chinese women workers and returning Chinese professionals educated abroad.
