Juan Manuel Moreno

Juan Manuel Moreno is a doctoral researcher at the Centre for Sociological and Political Research (CRESPPA), Université Paris 8. His work explores how migration policies perpetuate colonial violence and exclusion through critical intersectional and decolonial approaches, focusing on irregular migrants and asylum seekers in Canada, South Africa, and the UK. Previously, he held roles as a research fellow at University College London’s Institute for Global Prosperity and the University of Brighton’s Values in Sustainability Research Group, and at the Foundation John BOST in France.
