Juan J Loor is a Professor in the Departments of Animal Sciences and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Illinois. His research focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying metabolic and inflammatory processes in dairy animals, particularly related to lipid metabolism, ketosis, and reproductive health.
