Joyce Busch

Dr. Joyce Busch is a part-time instructor in the global and international studies program at Western Michigan University's School of Environment, Geography, and Sustainability. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy & Administration (Walden University, 2018), an MS in Criminal Justice (Southern New Hampshire University, 2023), and MA degrees in English Language Learning (Western Governors University, 2015) and Elementary Education (Western Governors University, 2007). She also completed an MBA in Military Management (Touro University, 2003) and a B.S. in French and German from the U.S. Military Academy (1987).
