Joy Olabisi

Joy Olabisi is Associate Professor of Management and Director of Undergraduate Programs in the Management Department at RIT's Saunders College of Business. She leads Supply Chain Management programs and researches organizational learning in team environments.

Research examines performance dynamics in organizational settings with focus areas:

• Virtual and project-based team effectiveness
• Knowledge transfer mechanisms
• Social entrepreneurship in emerging markets
• Collaborative network structures

Recipient of the Exemplary Performance in Teaching award and Sloan Scholars grant for responsible business research. Teaches graduate courses in negotiation, organizational behavior, and cross-cultural management. Holds PhD in Industrial and Operations Engineering from University of Michigan with concentration in engineering management.
