Joy Klammer

Dr. Joy Klammer serves as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Canberra, specializing in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. With over 20 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF)—first as operational aircrew and later in human resources—she transitioned to academia after a distinguished career as a Defence Scientist with Canada's Department of National Defence, where she culminated as Research Director overseeing three teams focused on CAF recruitment, selection, and retention.
