Josue Reynoso

Josue Reynoso is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management at the College of Business, Michigan Technological University. He holds a PhD in Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MS in Business of Technological Innovation, and a BS in Mechatronic Engineering from Universidad Panamericana (Mexico).

His research focuses on opportunity identification, innovation management, and complexity theory, addressing how organizations commercialize advanced technologies. He has presented at the Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society, and PDMA.

Before academia, Dr. Reynoso was an Assistant Professor and Head of the Computer-Aided Engineering Center at Universidad Panamericana. He also led PDM software implementation in Latin America, designed automotive production lines, and cofounded companies in product development and consulting.

His teaching spans technology entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship, and innovation management. He advises on product development and has contributed to industry projects in automotive, medical, and electronics sectors.
