Josiena Gotzsch

Josiena Gotzsch is a Senior Professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) in France, specializing in the Department of Management and Technology. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Henley Management College (UK) and an Engineering degree in Industrial Design from Delft University of Technology (Netherlands).

Her research focuses on integrating design thinking into business education, product charisma, and innovative pedagogy. She has twice won GEM's Pedagogical Innovation Prize (2016 and 2019) for projects like 'Getting Creative Again' and 'I’ll Be There For You: Meaningful Projects to Strengthen GEM Community'. Additionally, she received five Pedagogical Excellence Awards between 2013–2021.

• Previously served as Program Director of GEM-GGSB's Bachelor of International Business (BIB) program from 2003–2018, which ranked first in Parisien Etudiant 2017.
• Prior professional experience includes roles at Pentagram Design London, Philips Corporate Design (Netherlands), and Sommer-Allibert Group (France).

Her teaching spans undergraduate, MBA, and executive education programs, emphasizing innovation through design.
