Dr. Joshua Smyth is a Professor of Clinical Psychology at The Ohio State University, specializing in health psychology and interdisciplinary research. His work focuses on the biopsychosocial model, stress effects on health, and innovative interventions, including mHealth and just-in-time interventions. He leads the Stress, Health and Daily Experiences Lab, exploring mind-body interactions and interventions to enhance well-being.
