Joshua Rhodes

Joshua D. Rhodes, Ph.D., is a Lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin and a Research Scientist. He is also a non-Resident Fellow at Columbia University and a Founding Partner of IdeaSmiths LLC, with expertise spanning smart grid systems, bulk electricity infrastructure, and energy policy.
