Dr. Joshua Curry is a Teaching Professor at the University of Southampton's School of Electronics and Computer Science, part of the Faculty of Engineering and the Environment. He holds over 10 years of research experience in cyber security, environmental sensing, and IoT technologies. His current research focuses on hardware security, software security, and communications for IoT systems, with an emphasis on energy harvesting solutions for sustainable sensor networks.
Dr. Curry is actively involved in research-led teaching, designing courses that bridge theory and practice in electronics and computer science.
