Joshua Coven is an Assistant Professor at the William Newman Department of Real Estate within the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, City University of New York (CUNY). His research focuses on finance, real estate, urban economics, household finance, and industrial organization. Dr. Coven's academic background includes a PhD in Finance (2025) and an M.Phil in Finance (2024) from NYU Stern School of Business, and an A.B. in Physics from Harvard University.
