Josh Plaskoff

Josh Plaskoff is a Senior Lecturer in Organizational Leadership at Purdue University's Polytechnic Institute and founder of the consulting firm interhuman group, inc. With over 30 years of experience in organizational development, he specializes in cultural transformation and leadership innovation.

• MSEd with highest honors (University of Southern California)
• BA summa cum laude (University of California, Davis)

His research focuses on knowledge management, employee experience, and quantum-inspired organizational models. Recent work explores relational leadership frameworks and post-COVID organizational resilience.
