Josephine McMurray

Josephine McMurray is an Associate Professor at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, Wilfrid Laurier University. Her research focuses on technology integration in healthcare, particularly addressing aging populations, patient experience measurement, and health system performance. She co-developed the WatLX™ patient experience survey tool for rehabilitative care, emphasizing objective evaluation through dimensions like care ecosystems, patient-provider relationships, and functional status.
