Joseph Weglarz is a Lecturer II in Economics at the University of Detroit Mercy's College of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences. He holds an M.B.A. from Wayne State University and a B.A. from Oakland University. His expertise spans economic history, the history of economic thought, monetary theory, and financial markets. Previously, he served as an assistant professor at Walsh College and held leadership roles in finance programs and the Michigan Council on Economic Education (MCEE).
