Joseph Price is a Professor of Economics at Brigham Young University (BYU), where he directs the Record Linking Lab. He is also a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) and a Fellow at the Wheatley Institute. His research integrates family history data with machine learning to create large linked datasets, focusing on intergenerational mobility, labor economics, and family structure analysis.
