Joseph Hunter Holthoff

Joseph Hunter Holthoff, MD, PhD, is joining the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Medicine as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Nephrology (Department of Internal Medicine) effective July 1st. His research focuses on investigating novel therapeutic targets for acute kidney injury (AKI), particularly through studying the role of Insulin-Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 1 (IGFBP-1) in murine models.
