Joseph Glaser-Reich is an academic and professional instructor in mindfulness and performance psychology, currently teaching at the University of California San Diego’s Center for Mindfulness, where he co-directs the First Responder Division. He also serves as an assistant instructor for the Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program at the University of Pennsylvania. A United States Coast Guard Aviation Survival Technician, he balances active duty with academic engagement, focusing on applying positive psychology principles to support first responders and high-stress professions.
