Dr. Joseph Ciorciari is an Associate Professor at Swinburne's School of Health Sciences, coordinating Psychology/Psychophysiology programs. He directs the Biology of Individual Differences Research Unit, investigating neurobiological foundations of personality using EEG and neuropsychological methods.
Research: Focuses on dissociation, neurofeedback, and consumer decision-making neuroscience. Recent collaborations examine neuropsychoeconomics with La Trobe University and Murdoch University.
Awards:
- Best Paper Award, International Social Marketing Conference (2016)
Supervision: Currently mentors doctoral candidates studying PTSD neurofeedback, emotion processing in autism, and religious impacts on well-being.
