Joseph Bianco serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Columbia Law School and concurrently holds the position of United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit, appointed by President Donald J. Trump in 2019. Previously, he served as a United States District Court Judge in the Eastern District of New York from 2006.
