Josep Maria Bech Serrat

Josep Maria Bech Serrat is a Professor at the Department of Private Law within the School of Law at the University of Girona. His academic career spans over 15 years, with a focus on European Private Law, Consumer Law, Contract Law, and Tourism Law. He is affiliated with the Research Group in Comparative Private Law and the Institute of European and Comparative Private Law.
