Joselyn Sim

Joselyn Sim is a design educator and Programme Leader at LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore. She holds a Master of Arts in International Communication from Macquarie University and a BA in Design from Curtin University of Technology. Her career at LASALLE began in 2003, where she has driven curriculum advancements and pedagogical innovation.

Her research focuses on the evolution of design education, integrating design thinking into pedagogy, and exploring social media's impact on creativity in Asia. She has presented at international conferences including Cumulus and The Asian Conference on Education.

Joselyn's students have excelled in global competitions like D&AD New Blood and Cannes Young Lions. She pioneered community projects in Changi Women's Prison, enhancing creative employability skills. Her prior experience includes leading branding projects in Hong Kong for brands like MTV Asia and ELLE Hong Kong.
