Josefa Cardona Roselló

Josefa Cardona Roselló is an Associate Professor at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) since 2003, specializing in Clinical Practice within the School of Nursing and Physiotherapy. She has held leadership roles, including Coordinator of Nursing Studies at UIB's Ibiza campus, and has worked as a Supervisor of Training and Projects in the Ibiza and Formentera Health Area until 2023. Currently, she serves as a Primary Care Nurse at the Centro de Salut de San José (ASEF).

Her publications focus on chronic wounds, patient safety, and nursing care standardization. Notable work includes a 2000 article on antiretroviral adherence in Todo Hospital and co-authored books on pressure ulcer prevention. She has presented posters and oral communications at national nursing conferences, primarily on quality improvement in traumatology and palliative care.
