Josef Siljebo is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Education, Umeå University, Sweden. His work focuses on digitalization in educational contexts, school leadership, and policy analysis. He is affiliated with the Behavioral Sciences Building (Beteendevetarhuset) and contributes to research areas such as Learning and ICT, and Leadership, Organization, and Working Life.
His research explores digital transformation in schools, remote teaching challenges, and the role of digital competence in school leadership. Key projects include investigating the organizational challenges of remote teaching in Swedish schools and assessing digital competence requirements for school leaders.
