Jose Caro

Jose Caro is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine (TUSM) and holds the Dr. Jane Murphy Gaughan Professorship. He serves as Assistant Dean for Multicultural Affairs, focusing on reducing educational barriers related to bias and inequities. Dr. Caro is an attending physician in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Tufts Medical Center, board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. His clinical work spans HIV/AIDS, HPV infections, and general infectious diseases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
