Jose Capa Salinas serves as an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering Department at the University of St. Thomas' School of Engineering. His academic journey includes a BS from Universidad Tecnica Particular de Loja (Ecuador), followed by two years in industry before returning for MS and PhD degrees at Purdue University.
