Dr. Jorge Knijnik is an Associate Professor at the School of Education, Western Sydney University. He specializes in intersections of curriculum, democratic schooling, youth political education in the Global South, and sport pedagogy. His work emphasizes practical research partnerships to improve youth wellbeing and educational outcomes, particularly focusing on gender equity, social cohesion, and transformative pedagogical practices.
