Jordane Jasniewski

Jordane Jasniewski is a Senior Lecturer at the National School of Agricultural Engineering (ENSAIA), University of Lorraine, France. Her research focuses on thermodynamic mechanisms in biopolymer complexation, coacervation, and enzymatic functionalization of food-grade polymers. She holds the HDR (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches) for research supervision.
