He serves as the Undergraduate Program Officer and Student Advisor, overseeing academic programs and advising students. Dr. Roberts holds a Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and the University of Alabama-Birmingham. His work includes pioneering studies on die stresses in electronic packages under thermal and environmental exposures, contributing to improved reliability in microprocessor and component design.
