Jordan Kohn

Jordan Kohn is an Assistant Project Scientist at the Herbert Wertheim School of Public Health & Human Longevity Science at the University of California San Diego (UCSD). His research focuses on identifying biomarkers and predictors of neuropsychiatric illnesses, particularly depression and dementia, with emphasis on machine learning applications for treatment response prediction. He also investigates cellular/molecular mechanisms linking peripheral processes to cognitive and mental health outcomes, leveraging electronic medical records and longitudinal cohort studies.

Education & Training:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology (Cellular/Molecular) from Reed College
• PhD in Neuroscience from Emory University
