Jonny Thakkar is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Swarthmore College and co-founder of The Point, a journal of philosophical essays. His primary research focuses on the intersection of ancient Greek philosophy (particularly Plato) with modern political theory, including socialism and liberal democracy.
