Jong Seok Lee is an Associate Professor and Lou & Sherlene Schumacher Business Faculty Fellow at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He holds a PhD in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University, an M.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, and a B.S.B.A. in Business Administration from Soongsil University, South Korea. His research focuses on IT project management, software development, and strategic adaptation, with a particular emphasis on decision-making biases, gamified cybersecurity training, and design science research.
