Jonathan Wyn Schofer is an Associate Professor of Religious Studies at the University of Texas at Austin, affiliated with the Schustermann Center for Jewish Studies and the Thomas Jefferson Center for the Study of Core Texts and Ideas. He serves on the Graduate Studies Committee of Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures and co-chairs the Midrash Section in the Society of Biblical Literature.
