Jonathan Hayes

Prof. Jonathan Hayes is a Senior Adjunct Professor of Law specializing in bankruptcy and corporate litigation. He has extensive experience representing Chapter 11 debtors, businesses, and individuals, successfully managing over 143 Chapter 11 cases between 2012 and 2016. His practice includes complex reorganization plans, creditor committee representation, and litigation involving fraudulent conveyance actions in Ponzi schemes.
