Dr. Jonathan D. Packer is an Associate Professor of Orthopaedics at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and serves as Chief of Sports Medicine for the Department of Orthopaedics. He is a Board-Certified orthopedic surgeon with a subspecialty in Sports Medicine, specializing in knee and shoulder arthroscopy, ligament repair, and cartilage restoration.
