Jonathan Clarke is a Research Fellow at the University of Warwick's Department of Politics and International Studies, affiliated with the Resilient Cities Laboratory (ResCityLab). His work focuses on enhancing urban resilience through design, planning, and governance, particularly regarding critical infrastructure security and comparative international security arrangements. He contributed to major EU-funded projects like RESILENS (2015-2017) and HARMONISE (FP7), exploring resilience frameworks for critical infrastructure and adaptive governance strategies.
