Dr Jonathan Batty is a Clinical Research Fellow at the School of Medicine, University of Leeds, within the Faculty of Medicine and Health. He is affiliated with the Leeds Institute of Cardiovascular and Metabolic Medicine and is actively engaged in research and teaching in cardiology and data science.

Dr Batty has been recognized with several awards, including the EXSEL Scholarship, the Willis Prize, and the prestigious Knox Memorial Fellowship from Harvard University.
He is actively involved in mentoring medical students and junior doctors and contributes to both pre-clinical and clinical teaching at the University of Leeds.
