Jonathan A. Grant is a Professor of Modern Russian History at Florida State University (FSU), directing the FSU Holocaust Institute for Educators. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin (1995). His research focuses on Russian history, military history, business history, and global arms trafficking dynamics. He teaches courses on Central Asian history, Modern Balkans, World War I, and the History of Trafficking in the Modern World.
