Jonas Matukas is a Professor at the Institute of Applied Electrodynamics and Telecommunications (IAET), Vilnius University. His work focuses on low-frequency noise analysis and charge carrier transport in semiconductor nanostructures, with applications in optoelectronics and terahertz technology.
