Jonas Lundberg is a Senior Lecturer in IT, AV & CAD at the University of London Metropolitan University's School of Art, Architecture and Design. He oversees digital strategy, hardware/software acquisition, and teaches Diploma Unit04. As Course Leader of the Master Digital Architecture & Manufacturing program, he integrates innovative design tools and fabrication technologies. His work focuses on sustainable architecture, emergent materials, and lightweight foam composites, exemplified by the SunBloc project in Solar Decathlon China 2013.

Research & Practice: Co-founder of the Urban Future Organization (1996), a global practice/research collective with exhibitions worldwide. Directs Urban Future Organization Scandinavia AB. Leads the Heliomet team for Solar Decathlon projects, advancing foam-steel cable composites. Advocates 'live projects' with industry partners to drive innovation in resilient, cost-effective architecture.

- RIBA Tutor of the Year (2003)
- RIBA Silver Medal-winning student projects (2003 and 2012)
Advising & Labs: Advises the Heliomet team (www.heliomet.org) and oversees the Digital Design Research Studio (DDRS). Ongoing research includes lightweight materials and fabrication methodologies for eco-conscious design.
