Jonas Kramer is a Researcher at the University of Bielefeld, affiliated with the Faculty of Sociology and Department 2 - Methods of Empirical Social Research. He focuses on qualitative methods, particularly ethnomethodology and conversation analysis, with an emphasis on projective genres and the communicative construction of future plans. Since May 2025, he holds a Research Associate position under Prof. Dr. Ayaß, continuing his doctoral work on 'Planning-in-Action: The Communicative Production of the Future in Projective Genres'.
Education: M.A. in Sociology (2021, grade 1.2) and B.A. in Sociology (2015), both from Bielefeld University. Thesis: 'The Interactive Production of Fictional Reality: The Ethnomethods of Pen-and-Paper Role-Playing' (2021, grade 1.3).
