Jon Pizarro Pérez

Jon Pizarro Pérez is an Assistant Professor at the University of Deusto. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Law from the same institution, along with a PhD in Business and Territorial Competitiveness, Innovation, and Sustainability. His teaching focuses on People and Law, including courses on Organisational Behaviour, Tax and Labour Law, and People Management. His research examines the impact of formal regulations on individual and organisational behavior, particularly gender-related regulations and laws governing care leave.

Dr. Pérez is a member of the research team 'Innovation, Knowledge, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability,' recognized by the Basque Government. His work bridges legal frameworks, organizational practices, and societal outcomes, with a current emphasis on care leave policies. Office hours are held on Tuesdays from 14:00–15:00 and Thursdays from 12:00–14:00 in Room Despacho 502D at ESIDE.
