Jon Evans is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Recreation Management & Recreational Therapy at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He focuses on curriculum development, student recruitment strategies, and addressing post-pandemic educational challenges in recreation management. His recent professional activities include a panel discussion at the Wisconsin Park & Recreation Association Annual Meeting (Jan. 30, 2024), where he discussed curriculum modifications, certificate programs, and student internship initiatives.
